These sessions are High Intensity Cardio sessions and loads of fun!

Our Trampoline classes are for any fitness level, and sessions cater for beginner to advanced.
Rebounding is a great low impact exercise that facilitate in fat loss


Our Strength Training sessions will focus on your form and will boost your fitness and assist in toning.
These sessions will make use of body-weight, light weights and some resistance training equipment.
